Adam Scott is an Internationally Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner in Neuro-Semantics and NLP. 

He brings a diverse mix of hands on industry experience and 15 years as a trainer and coach to support his clients in unlocking the leverage points and creating the motivation for personal change.

Adam has worked primarily in business development, management and HR roles with organisations such as Queensland Rail, Mitsui & Co. (Australia) Ltd, Top Office Personnel and Hotlinks Internet Services where as state manager he was responsible for recruiting and developing high performance sales and service teams.  

In 2003, together with fellow NS trainer Tammy Somerwil, Adam established Inspyr Pty Ltd which is focused on building resilience and self-leadership, particularly in the health, aged care and government sectors.  Adam and Tammy have particular expertise in developing customised training that incorporates some of the very best models, patterns and tools from Neuro-Semantics and NLP together with contemporary adult learning principles. Examples of customised training that Inspyr delivers includes Building Resilient Teams, Dealing with Difficult Behaviours, Managing Priorities and Leading by Values.

Adam also provides coaching to executives and managers in the mining, engineering, property, hospitality, government, health and professional services sectors. He has graduate and post graduate qualifications in business and has a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training. He is also a member of the International Society of Neuro-Semantics.
