Her extensive corporate experience over 20 years with strategic cross-functional capabilities has seen the achievement of business goals, meeting growth targets, spearheading new initiatives while leading various divisions from business development to operations to marketing to buying to customer service.
As an entrepreneur, she has an impressive corporate clientele list ranging from high-end luxury brands to chain stores to small-medium enterprises to independent solopreneurs. Della is the choice partner to empower business for innovation and upskilling.
Armed with a business degree, diploma and certifications in adult education for facilitation and courseware development, Della has more than 15 years with specialization in instructional design for creative, technical, professional skills and competency-based training modules.
Versatile in various learning platforms from onsite training to virtual workshops to eLearning gives Della an edge on course facilitation and development. She has also been a speaker internationally from Singapore to Australia, China and for the United Nations in Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan.
Besides work, she balances her time and skills volunteering as the principal floral designer for St James Old Cathedral and raises funds for charities: Starlight Super Swim for Sick Kids, Laps for Life, Dance for Sick Kids and the UNICEF.
